A szakmai konferenciák közül ezúttal a Magyar Kriminológiai Társaság legutóbbi üléséről közlünk beszámolót.

A Szerkesztők

Dear Reader,

It gives us a great pleasure to present the second issue of Legal Workshop of Debrecen in 2006. In our current issue we present essays from various legal areas: civil, administration, social, European and financial law.

Our second issue contains articles concerning to the principles of law of contract in German law, limits of advertisements in the light of Hungarian Media Act, and the legal approaches of domestic partnerships in Hungary. You can also find studies on the topic of  the survey of employment policy’s instruments, and the rules of Hungarian financial law (including financial provisions of the Constitution of Hungary) concerning local governments.

In the new issue there are three articles concerning European law (but, these studies touch also on international environmental law and civil procedural law): air transport in the EU and greenhouse-gas emission allowance trading within the Community, simplification of so-called small-claim civil procedures in the European Union, and the inter-temporal applicability of EC Law in the new Member States after accession. The last study was written in English.

In this issue You can read a report on the last session of Hungarian Society of Criminology. Among the attendee’s studies You can read an article about the last public session of the Constitutional Court of Hungary. In the last few years the Hungarian Parliament modified lots of acts together with the budgetary act (in Hungarian term these kind of acts are called as „salad-acts”), and in this new decision the Constitutional Court of Hungary examined how lawful these acts are.

Finally, we would like to recommend You the opportunity of remarks to any of the articles or studies directly on our pages.

We hope that You will find interesting and useful information in our brand new issue and we can welcome You among the authors in the near future.

Debrecen, 1st April 2006.
